Text Messaging Alert System (TMAS) is a self-contained SMS Broadcast System (also known as Text Blast) for use by eligible Government entities primarily for information dissemination as part of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management.
The Main Feature of TMAS that sets it apart is its ability to live detect active mobiles in a specific area and contact them via SMS. TMAS sensitivity is adjustable from 50 meters to up to 1.5km. To cover a wider area, it can be moved around.
Because TMAS is location specific, it is widely used for public service announcements, emergency alerts, search and rescue, and more - this is vital to government agencies performing functions vital to national security or safety like National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).
TMAS can reach up to 7,000 to 8,000 per hour depending on density and terrain.

Demos are intended solely to aid in finalizing decisions. We apologize but we simply cannot Demo for "Future Reference" or to prove the technology and satisfy curiosity because doing the demo takes as much machine time, staff time and effort as doing the actual job. We are also are not inclined to be casually lugging around sensitive, very high-value assets.
We can demo to you at no cost if you are the Government End User. Demo will be at our Office in Makati CBD or at a suitable place that is mutually agreed upon.
If you are an Accredited Supplier to Government End User, Demo in most NCR is P 3,000 - P 6,000. Outside NCR, nearby provinces of Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal, the fee is P 6,000 - P 12,000.

TMAS does NOT use BlueTooth. TMAS is GSM/ SMS. That means it is universal and is able to reach target mobiles, UNLIKE BlueTooth that needs to be turned on.
We cannot fully disclose the Technology as we want to protect our Intellectual Property. Generally speaking though, all mobile devices since 1997 are compliant with GSM 03.41 which defines the Short Message Service - Cell Broadcast (SMS-CB) and all mobile devices send out "beacons" that can be read to determine that it is nearby.
